This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions and shops. Despite being surrounded by a steep hill, it offers a convenient base for exploring Andorra La Vella. the rooms are clean and nicely presented, with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet and make use of the free internet terminal. the hotel also offers a sauna, providing a relaxing experience after a day of exploration.
One minor issue mentioned by some guests was a smell of drainage in the hallway, but this did not affect the comfort of the rooms.

Parking was very close to hotel. We loved the food and staff. The property is walking distance to Parc Central. Pleased it had a shower in the room❤

Everything was ok, perfect staff, good location (not far from the central street and bus stop to the funicamp), every day room cleaning.

Friendly reception staff who really looked after us! the location was perfect, just a 5-minute stroll from the bus station. I absolutely adored this place, it had such a cozy vibe. 🌟

During the trip I remember absolutely perfect personnel ready to help you and answer any questions.
The only minus of Acta Florida is a lack of sockets in rooms. I had to charge my cell phone in the wc.

The hotel offered a decent-sized room and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. the breakfast was also good.
The hotel lacked air-conditioning which made the room unbearable during the summer heat. the noise level from the street also disrupted sleep.

It is very conveniently located close to the center of the city.
The room was quite good. However, the fan kept making a lot of noise making it difficult to fall asleep. Also, there was no power outlet to charge a mobile or a camera. We had to resort to using the only one available in the restroom!!

A friendly, comfortable hotel in the old part of Andorra La Vella, but near to restaurants,bars and shops. The bedrooms are slightly dated but are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our double room was large and had a mini bar, small sitting area and balcony. The bathroom was clean and fine for us but could do with a bit of an update. We found the lady on reception to be most helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff. Breakfast (in with the price) was very good with plenty of choice and good quality food. We would definately stay again when we next visit Andorra La Vella

Location was ok but finding hotel & access to it in a rental car was a hassle. Room was very basis & there was no plug for the bath & the phone did not work properly. As well the overnight manager spoke no English at all of which was an issue when I needed to use phone to make an important call.

I think all of the walls in our room and I suppose all of the others would be better if they were all painted in a light colour.One of the walls was in a dark colour and if this was also light it would make the room seem bigger.Just a suggestion.

It is a smoll, cosy, comfortable hotel not far from main street (3 min afoot) where is located low-priced parking garage.
